A more detailed brief will be made available to those who are shortlisted but as part of the Sales Management team, you will:
· Develop, organise, manage and control the commercial sales activities of the sales offices.
· Create and maintain an effective, well, trained and motivated team, who will be delivering exceptional customer service to maximise profits and develop a sustainable compliant growth
· Manage and monitor daily, monthly and annual budgets as well analysing forecasts to ensure they are in line with business performance
· Understand and positively react to the voice of the customer and their respective market

· Ideally you will have previous experience of managing a sales team within a fast moving and dynamic commercial sales role.
· Knowledge of the fuel industry would be of interest, but not essential as the quality of the individual is more important than the market knowledge
· Must have experience of managing multi-site operations and being highly visible within these sites.
· Have a proven track record of liaising with support departments such as finance, supplies and operations
· Self-motivated, able to work off your own initiative and an Inspirational manager to your sales teams
