Job Description
This role is perfect for an ambitious and commercial-minded Accounts Assistant with at least 2 years all round bookkeeping/accounting experience. - Maintaining Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Preparation of statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of customers and suppliers account
- Maintaining fixed assets register
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Dealing with customers and suppliers queries
- Assisting preparation of quarterly VAT return
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Ad-hoc financial analytical/admin tasks
