Ensuring a high level of operational and financial focus in delivering the regional and company business objectives, the Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for:
Managing all aspects of sales performance, ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction within your region
Monitoring performance against targets and driving improvement where required
Developing customer relationships, understanding requirements and gaining market intelligence
Driving new and used machine sales, parts and service sales in line with regional targets for revenue, volume, mix and margin
Monitoring and reporting monthly forecast for sales activity
