Job Description

Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan, including timeline and resources, for project completion that ensures work is finished on time and within budget.

  • Risk Management: plan and mitigate project risks to acceptable levels to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved, communicating all risk mitigation steps to key stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Monitor progress and performance against project plans. Define and collect metrics to translate project progression.
  • Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Commercial, Technology, Supply Chain and channel partners to successfully execute project initiatives.
  • Establish regular communication pattern to share information and updates with internal and external stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
  • Set priorities to align with project targets. Monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure senior management approval of changes to scope.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We would love to speak to anyone for the Project Manager position, who has the following experience:

  • Experience working within' an Engineering environment
  • Proven experience in project management in complex environments
  • Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects including managing change order process
  • Proficiency in PC based Project Management Software
  • Managing the overall process of planning, scheduling and execution of a contracted project from contract finalisation (handover from sales) to database lock / contract completion to ensure optimal delivery of the project as per the specified requirements
  • Managing budgets and deliverables across multiple projects, including the change order process when project / scope of services requires amendment
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, entrepreneurship or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent knowledge and experience
