Job Description
- Managing CAFM system - establishing best practice
- Establish and implement various processes to improve data recorded in relation to assets (via CAFM)
- Develop change control processes for the coordination of critical assets and record commissioning data
- Carry out site audits periodically
- Ensuring site documentation is kept to a high standard
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Background in facilities maintenance of critical assets
- Strong CAFM capabilities
- Experience in change management, site procedure and process develop
- Understanding of critical mechanical and electrical systems
