Job Description

Our client is the largest information security training organization in the world, providing intensive, technical training designed to impart the skills and techniques necessary for defending systems and networks against the most dangerous threats. Their training is led by world-renowned, expert instructors. The purpose of the role is to provide full end-to-end support to the HR manager and senior employees within the wider management team.
Key responsibilities include:

• HR administration, including ensuring that all records are up-to-date in accordance with current procedures
• Assisting with pay queries and collating payroll information for submission – including absence data
• Recruitment activities across the business, including advertising vacancies and organizing interviews
• Producing and issuing standard employment contracts – offer letters, changes to terms etc.
• Assisting with HR related meetings, including on boarding and exit interviews
• Organizing training sessions & workshops, and conducting training evaluations in order to identify gaps across the organization
• Successfully managing key internal stakeholder relationships
• Playing a key role in implementing new policies and procedures across the team
• To assist with the smooth running of all aspects of the business.
• Wider administration tasks such as taking minutes and processing invoices

• Previous HR & Admin Experience
• HR Qualification
• MS Excel Intermediate
• Experience of using HRIS - end to end functionality
