Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a friendly administration and sales team in a state-of-the-art office facility, as a Sales Administrator you will work be responsible for providing a pro-active support to our client's vehicle sales and management teams in the function of processing sales to the point of delivery.
This will include vehicle registration and taxation via AFRL, raising invoices, maintaining vehicle files, and checking and preparing reports for internal and external use alongside other ad-hoc administration duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Sales Administrator would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills and very strong organizational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/CDK preferable).
