What you will bring to the organisation:

• Previous experience enhancing the performance of client delivery in an IT MSP environment.
• Experience improving and implementing strategies in client and IT Service Delivery
• Strong knowledge of IT Security
• Experience leading teams and improvements across IT Support, It Project management, Service Desk, IT Security,
• Experience implementing KPIs that can be used to measure where improvements can be made.
