Job Description

As a Relationship Manager your duties will include;

• Managing predefined client relationships - keeping in contact to maximise sales opportunities
• Keeping in contact with existing customers, maximising sales opportunities, proactively asking for referral clients
• Responding to requests for quotes, producing them, agreeing price and confirming orders
• Proactively contacting new/lapsed clients to try and convert them
• Working to agreed financial targets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous sales/account management experience
• Great communication skills, previous telephone experience is essential
• Confident, target orientated, driven
• Strong team player
