Job Description
- Lead the testing strategy and delivery within the IT projects and programs to meet customer and business needs.
- Accountable for managing the testing solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards.
- Managing various stakeholders of a large pharmaceutical company.
- Risk management and assessment.
- Delivery of good testing practices and strategies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience as an IT Test Manager.
- Knowledge of advanced testing tools and techniques.
- Ability to create clarity from ambiguous and complex situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities across a geographically distributed set of projects.
