Job Description

You would be joining a growing, successful award-winning corporate finance team, where you will be exposed to the full offering of corporate finance, from transactional work, due diligence projects, valuation, business sales, acquisitions, fundraising/debt advisory, litigation support, forensic accounting and more. This is a rare opportunity to allow you to be involved in all aspects, something which isn’t often possible in other firms that may departmentalize the offerings.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with company valuations
  • Carrying out market and buyer research, helping clients with due diligence and other assistance with the business sale process
  • Undertaking price negotiations, debt/equity raising, forecasts, due diligence, and other acquisition services
  • Assisting on a wide range of forensic accounting assignments, covering the full spectrum of litigation support services
  • Undertaking technical work and being available to provide technical expertise
  • Planning, supervising, and reviewing work of more junior staff
  • Producing draft bills for approval
  • Ensuring technical excellence
  • Assisting with internal compliance for areas such as anti-money laundering and client control

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You would ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified, or a finalist, with 2-3 years’ experience planning and working in an Audit department within a Practice. Previous CF experience would be desirable but not essential.

Someone who has been or is client facing would be beneficial too, and exemplary levels of communication including report writing skills are a must.
