Job Description

You will support the Project Coordinators to deliver NPD(New Product Development Administrator) and Change Control projects from concept to stock in warehouse, delivering to the agreed date, cost and specification.

  • Coordinate and prepare samples for test marketing of NPD ideas
  • Coordinate and prepare NPD samples for Customer sell-in
  • Assist with the Artwork process; creating pack copy and ensuring latest pack copy document and artworks are available for use by the business
  • Record actions at the weekly NPD meeting and follow up to confirm their completion
  • Maintain Project folders to ensure all project folders are populated with the information required to launch a project
  • Carry out general administrative tasks for Private Label customers such as filling in customer forms and obtaining sign-off for customer “Seal” processes
  • Supports the sales team in the timely acquisition and delivery of documentation for health registrations, both technical and legal paperwork, working closely with the laboratory and the signatory officers, and following up the end-to-end registration process for each project in coordination with the sales team until successful completion
  • Answer and direct phone, mobile and MS Teams calls and text messages in connection with the Total Order Management processes handling all customer inquiries in a timely and satisfactory basis
  • Create specific reports and trackers compiling and sorting information in spreadsheets in connection with the Total Order Management practice

  • Methodical, and organized
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities workload
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy required
  • Ability to use computerized information systems; input and retrieval to manage data
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • You will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and above all you are enthusiastic and takes ownership.
