To organize and co-ordinate learner activities, inclusive of registration and certification with relevant awarding bodies.
Compliance and quality checks, reviews and learner journey audits whilst maintaining accurate updating of learner databases, inclusive of own internal systems .
Oversight own targets and deadlines, while supporting management and colleagues where necessary.
Liaising with both management and external bodies in order to promote business and meet organizational standards.
Effective utilization of company standards in order to aid achievement.
Engage in self-assessment procedures; to meet external audit requirements and internal verification.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally candidates would have previous administration experience working with a training provider and maintain up-to-date knowledge of administrative practice.
Applicants must have strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet targets.
Competent in both Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
