This successful individual may be ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA qualified or studying towards the qualification and would suit an individual who is looking for career progression with a focus on developing their advisory expertise.

You will work closely with the Corporate Tax Manager and assist in managing a diverse portfolio of clients including OMB’s, PLC’s and UK subsidiaries of International companies. You will be responsible for answering any queries and assisting with the provision of bespoke tax advice to the firm’s clients.

You will review tax computations prepared by the accounts & audit department and manage client relationships. You will assist with HMRC enquiries and show initiative in identifying tax planning opportunities, whilst also managing WIP and provide training to more junior members of the team.

As the role develops you will have the opportunity to develop technical experience by supporting Partners in providing advisory services on more complex tax matters such as incorporations, reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS.
