Job Description

You will be providing administrative support to our Management team. This is an exciting new position that needs someone with a can do attitude who enjoys variety.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work
  • Assist in preparing Daily, weekly and monthly reports and submissions
  • Assist in organizing and the storage of documentation
  • Processing weekly timesheets, annual leave etc.
  • Assist with HR, Fleet & equipment tracking and issues
  • Various other administrative duties to support the successful daily operations.

  • Have a good attention to detail and very well organized.
  • Great communicator with excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to priorities and multitask.
  • Good at building relationships.
  • Self-motivated and can work as part of a team
  • Able to manage deadlines and workloads
  • Familiarity & frequent users of Microsoft Office
  • Multi-task as required and manage a high-volume workload to tight deadlines
  • Able to handle confidential information with professional discretion
