Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged Receptionist to support a Partner on a busy Conveyancing team in our vibrant Swansea office. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years or more experience of Office Administration duties.

You will need to greet all clients and visitors to the office with care and make them feel welcome. Where needed you may be required to help out with administrative duties for the Residential Conveyancing team, so a legal background would be helpful but you will receive full on the job training.

Role:

  • Acting as the first point of call for all externals guests
  • Organizing the office’s post
  • Making sure the meeting room is used efficiently
  • Answering calls and diverting calls to the appropriate person in the office or firm-wide
  • Helping the Residential Conveyancing and Private Client department on admin where required (you will receive training)
  • Some Audio Typing
  • Providing Administrative support to the fee earners in the department
  • Assisting with volume conveyancing
  • Post Completion work including Land Tax Applications
