The key responsibilities of the Interim Finance Manager will include:
Oversight of the day-to-day finance function; including managing the UK sales ledger and purchase ledger, balance sheet reconciliation and support for the US business operations.
Run the UK payroll on a monthly basis.
Prepare weekly and month-end sales reporting, presenting this to the commercial team in the weekly trading meeting.
Prepare weekly and month-end cash reports.
Support and undertake UAT testing in relation to the current Sage upgrade.
Implementing the price increase adjustment, in line with commercial agreements.
Finalizing the setup of the new PayPal account for D2C subscribers.
Credit control and supplier due diligence process.
Support the Head of Finance Reporting & Analysis with supplementary information for the monthly Board pack and statutory audit.
Provide training and support to the finance team and wider business.
Undertake additional ad hoc duties/ projects as and when required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working for or with SMEs, preferable 2+ years' experience.
UK payroll experience, ideally working on Sage 50 Payroll.
Experience working with Sage 200 would be preferable.
Excellent Excel knowledge and experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to write and present clear and concise reports.
High attention to detail.
