Job Description

You will help to ensure the proper flow of office procedures by carrying out common administrative duties and maintaining a positive & friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to customers via email and telephone. They must be flexible and reliable as they will be working as an integral part of the team. Due to the varied nature of the job, adaptability is essential. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintaining stock lists.
  • Procurement duties and liaising with suppliers.
  • Assisting with Sales Ledger duties, including invoicing.
  • General Administrative duties including creating, photocopying and filing relevant documents.
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct department.
  • Assisting the team wherever necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and individually.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Meets Minimum Wage

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
