Job Description
  • Checking statements and obtaining documentation from suppliers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monitoring the Purchase Ledger inbox and resolving any queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing substantial invoice volumes every month
  • Preparing weekly payment runs and posting for approval
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of the Purchase Ledger and checking pricing against the system
  • Processing credit card statements

Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5.30


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Solid experience in an Accounts Payable function
  • OCR system experience will be advantageous
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Effective communication skills
