Job Description

This role, reporting into the Managing Director will offer a business-critical end-to-end service that administers and handles all accounts related administration. Your days of work will be Monday to Friday, and you can be flexible on working hours.

  • All-round book-keeping to ensure invoices (in & out), income and salary information is recorded on a monthly basis.
  • Record Budget information.
  • Produce monthly management accounting and any ad hoc reports
  • Ensure Bank Accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain, and update as appropriate, master monthly payroll spreadsheet to provide the monthly payroll data to outsourced suppliers.
  • Check and authorize monthly payroll data provided by outsourced supplier.
  • Analyze and post Payroll data onto SAGE on a monthly basis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally AAT Qualified or part qualified with good academic history.
  • Experience using SAGE is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping, report generating, reconciling and administrating pensions and payroll.
  • Strong Excel & word experience.
