The successful candidate should have experience of working in a fast-paced work environment, experience in following processes and producing process documentation, have a proven record of training colleagues and be able to supervise and contribute towards ongoing Admissions Testing project work.

- Experience of working under pressure to conflicting deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including competence with Word and Excel
- Experience of using complex processing systems/databases
- Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail
- Line management/workload management
- Technical expertise relating to Item Banking and test delivery system such as LIBS and/or Metrica would be advantageous
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience of using Access Databases
- Experience of systems testing
- Wide knowledge of Cambridge English Assessment processes and systems
- Flexibility and adaptability

- A collaborative and innovative approach
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent
- GCSE English and Math in Grade C or above (or equivalent)
