Job Description

We are looking for candidates who are flexible, adaptable and proactive within their working approach. You will be carrying out a number of different tasks and no two days will be the same! You will get to be involved in projects and provide general support to the Marketing Manager and the business as a whole. 

• Talking client telephone calls and responding to emails
• Dealing with any website enquiries in a prompt manner
• Keeping accurate client records
• Updating databases
• Compiling reports
• Assisting with ongoing marketing projects
• Onboarding new clients
• Providing ongoing excellent level of customer service at all times
• Social media and website management
• Producing marketing material
• Managing and updating the content for the company website and company brochures
• General administration and office duties to support the business as a whole

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous office administration experience would be beneficial
• Highly professional and presentable
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and priorities work
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work alone and to your own initiative as well as being a team player
• Enthusiastic and willingness to learn and help out all members of staff
