Job Description
You'll be providing the highest level of service to our visitors and colleagues, helping to ensure the office is fully operational to support a busy working environment, and everyone has what they need, when they need it. You'll be naturally proactive, solutions orientated and have the ability to take initiative.

What you'll be doing:
- Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring their experience
- Answering, screening and directing phone calls
- Assisting with meeting bookings and limited diary management for the Leadership Team
- Frequent daily walk-rounds to ensure the office and meeting rooms are ready for action
- Maintaining stationery and refreshments stocks
- Ordering lunches and refreshments for meetings
- Assisting with the organization and co-ordination of quarterly company social events
- Assisting with travel bookings (flights, hotels, taxis, etc.)
- Assisting with Health and Safety: review of Risk Assessments, weekly fire alarm and other regular checks, fire warden and first aider responsibilities
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required
