Job Description

Reporting directly into the Credit Control Manager, your key responsibilities as Credit Controller will include:

  • Creating & setting up new customer accounts on the system including setting credit limits
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts within the accounting system
  • Chasing overdue debt by phone and email to obtain payments
  • Accurate processing of all cash receipts
  • Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries
  • Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A good team player with ability to build and maintain both colleague and client relations at pace Experienced in a similar credit control/sales ledger role in a busy environment IT literate including in Excel Strong communication skills, including ability to build relationships internally and with various clients
