Job Description
  • Provide continuous improvement and support of SAP to develop solutions based on business requirements to maximize standard and customized SAP functionality
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to the current SAP systems to meet organizational needs
  • Support business users with scoping, analysis, design, development, and implementation of standard and customized processes for SAP functional modules: Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Project Systems, Finance and Controlling, and SAP Manufacturing Execution.
  • Conduct system configuration, testing, and related user training
  • Create and update documentation covering SAP processes and implemented projects
  • Create and verify accuracy of reports, while providing training to business users for report generation
  • Responsible for a diverse level of support throughout the organization ranging for day-to-day SAP user support, project execution, and future ERP system implementation
  • Monitor and resolve assigned IT ERP tickets
  • Lead change management activities related to system improvements and changes
  • Coordinate with external consulting partners to organize project resources and tasks
  • Requires project coordination, budgeting, and status tracking

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Undergraduate degree in the field of computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering, or equivalent degree.
  • 3-5+ years of SAP implementation/support experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 preferable in SAP SD, PP, and MM. Optional and still considered WM, FICO, QM, PS
  • Manufacturing experience required and must have extensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes in a manufacturing facility
  • Excellent understanding of project management principles, experience leading ERP projects, and willingness to work in cross functional teams
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate across all departments and employee levels
  • SAP ME experience preferred but not required
  • ABAP programming experience preferred but not required
