Job Description
  • Providing excellent customer services via telephone and email, communicating both internally and externally
  • Provide and process information to customers in response to requests, account queries and cash collections
  • Processing credit notes and prompting payment of invoices
  • Dealing with any invoice issues and matters appropriately
  • Dealing with requests for meter readings and entering information into the system
  • Producing reports and customer account information
  • Assisting with the collection of payments, direct debits, and other relevant payment matters
  • Providing other administrative support to the wider team
  • Resolving matters in an effective and professional manner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Administrative skills
  • Customer services experience and a passion for providing excellent service to customers
  • Good team player, who can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • A willingness to solve problems and support customers
