Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • System administrator
  • End user & Supplier support - Oversee Training/Support Specialist role
  • Problem solving with 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Manage Change Requests
  • System data & usage checks and reporting
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Creation and communication of processes in line with Procurement Lifecycle Process
  • Creation and regular review of user guides
  • Keeping 1Source SharePoint up to date
  • Review and response of FAQ/Suggestions Pages
  • Ensure formulation of training plans are in place by Training/Support Specialist
  • Keep up to date with external market/tool provider upgrades
  • Identify and investigate requirements
  • Plan, build and test potential improvements
  • Communication and training of improvements
  • Implementation responsible for any new modules and/or categories to the 1Source tool
  • Procurement Panel Category User Group Member
  • Manage change requests
  • Participation in monthly meetings
  • Annual Upgrade Conference attendance
  • Develop training, materials and guidelines
  • Define and document processes
  • Engage with Super User community in the form of annual meeting and informal sessions and support
  • Bi-annual reviewing and analyzing of system data for accuracy and functionality
  • Data enhancement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have a background within procurement and experience of system implementation in an International Organization
  • Have previous experience in process implementation to support cost reduction
  • >1 year in a system support role
  • Have solid stakeholder Management, working with individuals worldwide
