Job Description

In this role you will use your communication and coordination skills to help our teams provide governance in the delivery of change requests and incidents to client solutions. These will be across multiple customers and will range from providing end to end planning and release of content to providing emergency P1 fixes into client production environments. You will work with a virtual team of similar consultants often jumping between different clients as needed. You will regularly use your client facing consultancy skills, so clear communication is key. This role is primarily remote working, but face to face meetings with clients may be required.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing planning support to our clients for incidents, change requests and service request delivery to client solutions
  • Release scheduling
  • Client communications
  • Providing governance to client and delivery teams on processes for release
  • Ensuring deliverables are consistent with standards and methodologies
  • Consistently deliver quality, taking ownership from start to finish
  • Usage of tools such as Teamcity or Jenkins
  • Building, testing and deployment of builds to environments
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
