Job Description

This is an integral role supporting the delivery services team from a functional day to day administrative and coordination perspective.
Key Responsibilities

  • Basic administration support to Delivery Services Team
  • Assist with arranging meetings and other event arrangements
  • Co-ordinate with teams to assist with the production of reports and plans
  • Help with maintaining central registers, databases and demonstrate compliance with good practice
  • Support the wider team with new staff onboarding, arranging equipment and sign posting new colleagues as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance against good data management and assist us with audits.
  • Support the SMT with the production of documents and papers as required.
  • Assist with minute taking / decision logging in meetings.
  • Support teams through change processes as appropriate.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of team building activities across the department.

  • Develop outline acceptance criteria to enable senior management to validate and sign-off on transitioning elements, and operational or support service process improvements.
  • Support the process with contractors and temporary resources.
  • Assist the PMO and delivery teams to ensure project management methods, standards and processes are maintained.
  • Assist maintaining the department risk register.
  • Assist with maintaining the department business continuity plans.
  • Ensure the security of information and that company information assets, systems and infrastructure are protected appropriately.
  • Carry out the role in a responsible, professional and security-aware way.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of dealing with various administrative tasks.
  • Experience of coordinating information from a range of sources and articulating it effectively.
  • A strong team player able to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Highly competent in the use of MS Office365.
