Job Description
This is a successful, expanding and innovative accountancy firm based near Bank who is looking for an experienced Administrator.
This is a varied role that will report to the directors and requires working across the firm’s teams to help support with administrative work. You will be responsible for taking on a range of tasks which are mostly internal, but critical to support the efficient running of the firm and professional teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Take responsibility for ensuring that company operational processes are met, including new client onboarding
- Helping improve and develop existing processes
- Help ensure our CRM system and performance trackers are kept up-to-date
- Assist people with general administration when either working remotely or on-site with clients
- Prepare financial reports for discussion as required
- Prepare Mailmerges and CRM management as required
- Provide cover for front of house (reception, managing meetings, greet visitors) as required.
