You will support a varied portfolio of courses. Key responsibilities include dealing with a wide range of general enquiries from students, prospective students, members of the public and visitors to the School, as well as providing integral administrative support to a team of Course Officers. You will also be the first contact for student enquiries, advising on a wide range of course related matters as well as dealing with general enquires from prospective students and academic staff.
The successful candidate will have a track record in an administrative role in a Higher Education Institution with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
