Job Description
This newly created role would suit someone who is actively studying their ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifications. The role is broad giving the successful candidate a wide range of experiences as well as exposure to large scale real estate investment.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake book-keeping duties in relation to relevant corporate entities (balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments)
- Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets, which will involve business partnering with key individuals
- Cash flow analysis and forecasting
- Regularly process payments via oversight of the purchase ledger function
- Liaise with third parties (banks, lawyers) to facilitate processing of payments and liaise with suppliers to resolve queries
- Maintenance of intra-group loans and loan interest schedule
- Maintain cash books
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Invoice raising and credit control
- Prepare annual statutory financial statements
- Assist with preparation of annual UK tax compliance requirements
- Assist in the interim and year end audits
