Job Description
You will provide oversight and support to the Operations Manager for successful running of the business. You will be working with the outsourced team and longer term this could come in-house.
- Responsible for managing Bank Accounts in close collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- VAT Returns & Corp Tax Returns.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing Invoices and payments.
- Running the monthly Payroll.
- Preparing statutory accounts and filing these with Companies House.
- Preparing and filing confirmation statements.
- Assisting in Month End closing and reporting.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- PD11, P60 Management.
- HMRC Account Management.
- Project Development Budgeting & Spend Analysis.
- Financial Statements & Cost Reporting and Reporting for quarterly Board Meetings.
- Expense Management.
- Share Equity/EMI Plan Management (in collaboration with the company's corporate lawyers).
