Educated to at least A Level (or equivalent, a degree is desirable) you will bring to the role proven experience in a customer facing role. We expect you to be familiar with the use of databases and Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate skills in data entry and the production of correspondence. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of student support issues in higher education, such as finance and immigration. You will certainly be highly organized and a skilled problem solver. Crucially, you are a collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual. Committed to clarity and responsiveness, you have strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
