Job Description
  • Managing enquiries received in person, by phone and by email, with a primary focus on enquiries relating to Academic Registry and student journey, you will provide information and advice, solve problems when you can and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • You will also take on a range of administrative responsibilities - from maintaining systems and inboxes, producing student status letters, to issuing student ID Cards.
  • In everything you do, you will demonstrate a commitment to seamless and excellent customer service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Educated to at least A Level (or equivalent, a degree is desirable) you will bring to the role proven experience in a customer facing role. We expect you to be familiar with the use of databases and Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate skills in data entry and the production of correspondence. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of student support issues in higher education, such as finance and immigration. You will certainly be highly organized and a skilled problem solver. Crucially, you are a collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual. Committed to clarity and responsiveness, you have strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
