Job Description

This rapidly growing production company are seeking the support of an Assistant Accountant on a 12 month FTC. This role has come about due to the recent successes of the business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will support the Finance team and would be perfect for an individual who is looking to grow and develop their accounting skills.

• Posting of purchase invoices (approx. 150+ per week
• Processing of UK and International supplier payments on bi-weekly payment run
• Maintain Accounting software, including daily bank reconciliations
• Management of relationships with suppliers, including statement reconciliations and remittances
• Expense management including credit card reconciliations
• Assist with updates for weekly cash flow information
• Prepare VAT returns for review
• Handle Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
