Job Description
  • Acting as the main point of contact for investigation and mediation services from contracted clients
  • Setting up projects - consultancy and services
  • Project coordination and data entry duties
  • Liaising with clients to ensure timely scheduling of services
  • Negotiating and setting fees with practitioners
  • Coordinating dates and venues
  • Closing off projects, collecting feedback from parties
  • Liaising with Finance at set-up, and close-down
  • Meeting or exceeding the Quality Delivery Plan standards
  • Inputting data into Salesforce, ClickUp, and other databases, which includes evaluation data and confidential Equalities data
  • Report to Client Delivery Services Lead

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of providing administration of a business to business service delivery
  • Experience in using CRM databases and project management systems, ideally SalesForce
  • Experience of using online surveys, ideally Alchemer or similar
  • Excellent Microsoft software skills - including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using Social Media, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Touch-typing
  • Familiarity with virtual meetings, including Zoom and MS Teams

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can give and ask for honest feedback/support from colleagues
  • Understands their own strengths and weaknesses and makes improvements
  • Can work towards the common goal of the team
