This key role will help you develop your skills and build your knowledge. You will be responsible for supporting the senior HR team and the HR administrators. You will work as a member of a small team and will be the first point of contact for all general HR administrative queries. You will also be the receptionist for the HR department and so should have a friendly and outgoing personality.
This key role provides support to the HR administrators and the senior HR team within the Trust. Working as a key member of a small team and reporting to the HR and Staff Development Manager the post holder will be the first point of contact for all general HR administrative queries. The post holder will have the opportunity to build engagement with HR team and other members of staff whilst working on transfer projects.
