Job Description

To support the Expert by Experience Lead in ensuring the efficient operations and quality of Co-production and Engagement structures within company. To promote the good reputation of the organization and act as a positive role model, maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude.

Provide admin support to the Co-production Steering Group including setting meetings, producing documents, minute taking and chasing up actions. To assist the Expert by Experience Lead in an assistant capacity with diary management, the collation of data/reports for meetings and attendance of forums within services to capture feedback.
To support the function of the organizations Peoples Council including chasing up minutes and preparing a monthly report capturing themes and data from across the organization.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good numerical and word processing skills in particular Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • To be able to work with new in-house systems
  • You must have an eye for detail ensuring accuracy
  • Ability to organize own time and workload
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Willing to undertake training course relevant to the job role in order to maintain skills/knowledge
  • Ability to relate well to other people and function as a team player.
  • Ability to work using own initiative
  • Self- starter
  • GCSE in math and English or equivalent level of numeracy and literacy
  • 1-3 years’ experience or more administration experience including report preparation; organizing meetings and diary management.
  • Some knowledge of Co-production, public participation, patient experience or service user involvement in the context of Health and Social Care.
