Job Description
  • Distribution of incoming post and all other documents and correspondence.
  • Arranging business travel and accommodation bookings, including Visa arrangements.
  • Liaising with travel provider with to obtain the most competitive prices for flights, travel and accommodation.
  • Typing or modification of correspondence and documents prepared by engineering staff and formatting when required.
  • Organizing New Starters: - inductions, equipment, new starter site induction and be the Welcome Coordinator for 1st day arrangements.
  • Assisting the Lead Group Coordinator / Group Coordinators with overflow of work
  • Assist Group Coordinator with preparing and arranging meetings (including catering arrangements) and provide meeting minutes.
  • Submitting Engineers weekly timesheets / expenses when required.
