Job Description
As a Technical Customer Support advisor, you will be:
- Providing technical and functional support to Software clients and business Partners
- Researching and solving systems problems
- Answering, logging and resolving client support requests
- Training new and existing clients on our software products
- Providing technical system advice and support to non-technical users and assisting with the implementation of new client websites
- Taking ownership of customer requests and seeing them through to resolution
- Testing new system functionality
- Delivering 1st class customer service
This is a Hybrid working role combining both office and home based working, Monday to Friday and you can expect to receive a salary between £24,000 and £28,000 depending upon experience, plus 21 days holiday raising to 25 based upon length of service and benefits package.
