Job Description
You will be part of our administration team and will provide support to our team of paraplanners and advisers. Previous experience within a financial services administration role is desirable but full training will be provided. The role is for an immediate start, full time hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Main Duties will include:
- First point of contact for client and adviser queries
- Logging incoming & outgoing mail
- Sending letters/documents to Clients & Providers
- Binding reports
- Stationary orders
- Obtaining client portfolio valuations
- Compiling reports on charges and valuations
- Liaising with Product Providers and Advisers
- Data Processing
- Adding client details & documents to our in house system
