Job Description
You will be working as an administrator within a project team dedicated to making travel work for our employees. Managing the day-to-day operations within the area, you will be responsible for implementing and leading key deliverables, ensuring compliance.
- Maintenance of the inbox; ensuring tracker of all emails and responses is kept up to date and inbox service level agreements are adhered to
- Processing incentives (train, bus tickets and commuter bus tickets) – to include obtaining proof of purchase for the train/car park season tickets
- Collecting, collating & inputting all company and shuttle services data including tracking and sending company support notification emails
- Provide support with wider travel team projects
- Carry out additional administration duties as required
