Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You’ll have shown your abilities in retail before—that’s why you’ll be confident stepping into the role of Sales and Service Manager. A great communicator, you’ll inspire your team to smash their targets and build great relationships throughout the business. Using retail IT, building rapport and handling customer service issues often all at once, your energy will make you an asset to the team (able to deputies for the manager when required) and you’ll be looking at more senior roles before long.
