Provide analytical support to the monthly S&OP cycle to ensure alignment across functions and senior management to drive timely effective business decisions that result in superior customer satisfaction
Data mining and analysis of sales forecast, demand plans, creating short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) high level planning proposals
Provide analytical support for third-party logistics provider tenders
Produce, monitor and track Customer Fulfilment key performance indicators, e.g. forecast accuracy, OTIF, Back Orders, Pick/Pack utilisation
Capacity planning with our 3PLs to provide them with forecasts to better manage warehouse and resource capacity globally
Own data input associated with generation of MOR (monthly Operational Report), used by CLT to review Customer Fulfilment performance
Documenting and reporting ongoing S&OP assumptions, decisions made, escalation points, risks, opportunities and action items throughout each cycle to multiple layers of the business

Ability to multitask and adapt to quickly changing priorities
Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively at both the detail level as well as at a strategic level
Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders in a broad spectrum of function levels within the business
Knowledge of Logistics Planning
Experience / Knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning)
Experience / Knowledge of Demand or Supply Planning
Experience in working with large set of Data, manipulating data and creating Dashboards and reviewing KPIs
