- Ensuring client files are compliant

- Help provide training and development to administration team

- Maintaining and updating back-office systems

- Supporting the financial planners and technical team

- Preparing client review packs

- Preparing Income Drawdown Reviews

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Experienced financial administrator within an IFA firm or within financial services

- Experience using back office systems

- Keen to progress and complete industry relevant qualifications

- Some experience in rebalancing clients’ portfolios

- Management experience desirable
