Job Description

The iCentre provides a front line service to students, signposts to specialist services and delivers efficient and effective administrative support with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Often the first port of all for students who need assistance or are in distress, the iCentre team are passionate about offering an empathetic and professional service to our students.

In this role you will contribute to the achievement of our corporate goals to improve retention, achievement and employability of our students. With two A-levels or a vocational qualification at NVQ level 3 or equivalent, you will have excellent customer service skills having worked in an administrative customer focused environment, ideally in Higher or Further education setting. You will be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of working with information management systems. You will have the ability to plan and progress work activities and be adaptable to meet deadlines.
