To provide customers with information regarding the sales or staircasing process
To create and update property adverts
To liaise with external agents, solicitors and other contacts to ensure exceptional service delivery
To accurately update internal spreadsheets
To tender for required services
To communicate with and request information from various teams
To attend training to ensure your knowledge of current regulations is up to date
To provide administrative support to the wider Development team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Sound knowledge of all Windows based packages (Word and Excel)
Full UK drivers license, use of a car and willingness to attend training and travel to sites when required.
