You’ll be responsible for answering queries and making sure visitors can find everything they need for their visit. You'll be using your creativity and communication skills to inspire customers and will be the friendly face of the Trust. You’ll deliver high standards of presentation at the property, and ensure all our communications with our visitors are clear and consistent. You’ll also assist in welcoming visitors to the historic watermill and checking them in for any pre-booked experiences.

Hours: Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. Shifts are either 5 or 6 hours long, and we aim to offer 1 to 2 shifts a week during school term time and 3 to 4 shifts a week during the school holidays. Weekend working is required as part of the role.
