Job Description

The purpose of these roles are to maximize customer sales and providing an enhanced customer experience post sale. Opportunities will arise from both inbound and outbound activity. You must provide excellent customer service and effective administration to ensure a smooth journey for the customer.

You will be working in the bespoke market dealing with unique vehicles and can experience exciting opportunities such as career mapping and meeting our customers face to face at events
Responsibilities to include.

• Answering inbound telephone calls.
• Responding to enquiry emails.
• Manage time effectively to meet required business targets ensuring quality and accuracy requirements are met.

Salary

• £18,525 for the first year
• £19k after 12 months
• £21k up to 18 months
• £22k after 18 months.

Rota

• Week 1 - 08:30-16:30 - Mon to Fri
• Week 2 - 10:00-18:00 Mon & Fri 10:30 - 18:00 Tues, Weds & Thurs 8.30/16.00 Saturday
