Job Description

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to help with the delivery of the new build and asset sales marketing strategies whilst providing administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team.

What you will be doing:

• Marketing campaigns, events, social media and digital campaigns, as instructed.
• Provide a customer focused marketing service for resale Shared properties to maximise quality leads for vendors.
• Ensure that properties are listed on various web portals / websites correctly and are kept current, amended and report on as necessary during the time they are released and sold
• Providing an excellent customer experience for purchasers, vendors and our current homeowners.
• Delivering marketing and digital campaigns successfully and delivering leads to achieve the Operational Plan.
• Timely and accurate administrative tasks and support to the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in a Marketing environment preferably but not limited to new homes, estate agencies or housing associations.
• Experience and understanding of Shared Ownership and the wider intermediate housing market would be beneficial
• An understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions
• A high level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office
• The ability to negotiate and influence
• Confident in approach with strong communication skills
